Q. Will I get cash for my items?
A. Of course! Our policy is to give you CASH or CHECK ON THE SPOT, but if you would like to shop in our store, we will offer you 20% more than your cash value on a gift card.
Q. What if I think my items are worth more money?
A. We will offer you 20% more if you take store credit. Again, you are always more than welcome to decline our bid and take back your items the same day you drop off.
Q. When will I receive payment for my items?
A. Our buying process normally takes about 1-3 hours, depending on how busy we are. Our buyers will give you a time estimate if we feel it may take longer than usual. You will receive payment for your items when you pick up your remaining we passed on by 7pm.
Q. What happens to my items if I don't make it back by 7pm?
A. Your items will be processed as store credit if we do not hear back from you by 7pm. Payment for your items will be kept on file under your last name, for you to pick up as soon as possible. We prefer that you pick up payment no later than 7 days from the date of drop off. Your remaining items that wer not purchased will be donated.
Q. Can I leave my items overnight if I missed the drop off times?
A. Unfortunately, we do not accept drop offs outside of drop off times. Our space is limited.
